We first called Scott about a lot up in Bella Vista after moving to Northwest Arkansas with our flooring business.  It was not a very expensive lot, but Scott worked hard for us to make sure that we were taken care of as though we were looking at high priced real estate.  He not only helped us find the lot, but helped us find other lots for us to someday build our dream home on.  Then when we decided not to go through the building process, Scott helped us find a home that was everything that we were looking for.  He later helped Elvia´s parents find a home and lots for them to build on in the future.  We tell everyone that mentions needing a house to call Scott.

I wanted to write a short not on behalf of Scott Grigg.  Scott was our real estate agent this summer--our first home ever!  We closed a week ago and are still in the process of getting everything moved into the house.

Scott was a great real estate agent and should be applauded for his consistency, politeness, and willing to monitor and adjust as the needs arises.  Originally, we had thought the house we were buying was a certain square footage.  After reviewing the appraisal, we found out that the square footage was actually smaller than what we anticipated.  Scott went out to the house to recalculate the measurements and then, two days before closing called the seller/agent back and reworked a deal.  The square footage was not a great deal, but in Northwest Arkansas is is a very important aspect of any sale.

The day of our move Scott was at the house helping the family move out so that we could move in.  I know this is not something that all agents do or are encouraged to take part in, but I felt that was a very classy move on his part.

My wife is eight months pregnant and she really appreciated Scott's calming effect.  If a house was not to our liking, Scott was willing to look for new homes and meet us whenever the need arose.  I would recommend Scott to any of our family and friends and appreciate Coldwell Banker having so many reputable and professional agents.
